An o-ring size chart with only ID can lead you to a part with the right inside diameter but the wrong cross-section. If the cross-section is too thick, the gland closes and the seal gets cut. A -010 and a -011 can have similar IDs, but the cross-section difference changes whether the seal fits the groove. If you are using a digital search tool, filter by both dimensions.
